1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the tka99 platform (available at tka99.pro), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and tka99 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the tka99 platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the tka99 platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino table games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, fish-shooting arcade games, and any other products or promotions made available on the site from time to time. They apply equally to the English-language version and any translated version of the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the tka99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. tka99 actively enforces these requirements and may request documentation to verify compliance at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tka99 support immediately.

• tka99 accounts are for personal use only. Sharing your account with another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Players must update their account information promptly if any registered details change, including mobile number, name, or payment method.
• tka99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other form of prohibited conduct.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting tka99 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method after completing any outstanding wagering requirements.

tka99 is not liable for any loss, damage, or prejudice resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate security practices, including using a strong unique password, keeping OTPs confidential, and logging out after each session on shared devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tka99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. tka99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on tka99. Players should read these conditions carefully before initiating any transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The platform may set minimum and maximum transaction limits that vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. tka99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account holder name used for the original deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on the tka99 platform. A breach of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating more than one tka99 account, whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any fictitious identity.
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform for any illegal financial activity. tka99 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Engaging in collusive betting, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes.
